Features
A complete challan monitoring system.
From daily PSCA portal checks to instant multi-channel alerts and a full searchable history — RoadPulse covers every part of the challan lifecycle so you can focus on what matters.
Core capabilities
Monitoring, alerts, and history — all automatic.
RoadPulse handles the entire pipeline from detection to delivery so you never have to open the PSCA portal manually again.
Automated monitoring
RoadPulse queries the PSCA e-challan portal on your behalf every day — retrieving results and diffing them against your existing records automatically. No browser, no manual checking.
Instant notifications
The moment a new challan is detected, alerts fire across every channel you have configured. Email, WhatsApp, Slack, and custom webhooks are all supported — mix and match as needed.
Complete challan history
Every challan is persisted with its violation type, fine amount, issue date, and payment status. Your full record is always available — searchable and paginated — even for vehicles you later remove.
Unlimited vehicles
Add as many vehicles as you own or manage. Cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles registered in Punjab are all supported. Each vehicle gets its own challan history and notification scope.
Notification channels
Alerts wherever you need them.
Configure as many channels as you want. Each one is independent — with its own events, config, and delivery log.
A clear, structured email lands in your inbox the same day a challan is detected — with violation details, amount, and a link to the ticket image.
Receive a WhatsApp message via Twilio the moment a challan appears. Works on any phone without installing extra apps.
Slack
Post alerts to any Slack channel via incoming webhook. Great for teams managing a fleet of vehicles — everyone stays in the loop.
Webhook
Send a structured JSON payload to any HTTP endpoint. Connect RoadPulse to Zapier, Make, your own backend, or any workflow tool you already use.
Built for reliability
The details that make it dependable.
Monitoring a government portal reliably involves more than a simple daily request. Here is how RoadPulse handles the hard parts.
- Diff detection
- Each result is compared against stored history. Only genuinely new challans trigger notifications — no duplicate alerts for records you already know about.
- Automatic retries
- If a check fails due to a transient network or portal issue it is retried automatically. Vehicles are never silently skipped.
- Per-event control
- Choose which events trigger each channel — new challan, challan paid, or both. Different channels can subscribe to different events.
- Notification logs
- Every dispatch is logged with its status, timestamp, and any error detail. You can audit exactly what was sent, when, and whether it succeeded.
- Non-destructive config
- Removing or reconfiguring a notification channel preserves the full log history. Nothing is permanently deleted.
